In the fifteen years since Helken & Horn was launched, Tracey has become one of the best-known and most-respected advertising professionals in northern Arizona’s Quad-Cities region. Her hands-on, energetic work ethic - combined with an innate understanding of what works in advertising strategies for area businesses - has built an ad agency with a sterling reputation for real results, impeccable service and a roster of loyal, longtime clients.
Tracey personally oversees all client accounts, and determines their most effective media-placement strategies. She handles all media contacts on behalf of clients, as well as the negotiations required for the best, most cost-effective use of client advertising dollars.
Video scripting and production are among Tracey’s many areas of expertise. In addition to managing client services, she supervises the execution of all advertising campaigns, providing guidance and support to the agency’s creative team.
Tracey graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Fine Arts and Media. She gained invaluable experience in account management and creative direction while working for C.J. Heileman & Associates in Tucson, and for Advantage Promotions Agency in Prescott.
