Donna’s strong work ethic and commitment to effective marketing methodology enables her to deftly perform a wide array of functions for Helken & Horn clients. The former Director of Sales for the Arizona Sundogs (CHL) Hockey Club, Donna’s responsibilities included proposal and contract development, community relations, event planning, marketing and more. 

Her genuine enthusiasm for client promotion, coupled with her ability to multi-task while meeting diverse advertising needs in fast-shifting markets, enables Donna to provide a rather remarkable style of service: a sharply focused approach, making every client under Donna’s management feel like her only client.

Donna holds an Associate’s degree in Business Marketing and Management from Yavapai Community College in Prescott; she studied marketing, business writing, ethics and finance at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff.

Regardless of your design need—a spot-on logo for business identity, a beautifully illustrated brochure or postcard, or a new look for your Web site—Hope has the vision to design it and the talent for turning that vision into reality.  As a graphic design professional for more than a dozen years, Hope’s intuitive sense for what works visually to best promote goods, products and services has proven one of the keys to successful advertising and marketing for a wide array of Arizona businesses and non profits alike. Her many specialties include ad design, web site development and updates, magazine layouts, photography, and desktop publishing. 

Hope’s “can-do” attitude and her dedication to excellent customer service, even as she meets the tight deadlines so typical of advertising, has won her much-deserved praise and respect among both Helken & Horn clients and industry associates.

Hope attended The Art Center in Tucson, AZ, where she graduated with honors, earning an Associate’s degree in Advertising Art.

Robin has been a professional copywriter and marketing/events specialist for well over two decades.  She began earning her stripes as a writer and events organizer in 1981, working  on the Platte River Greenway Foundation’s fundraising campaigns in Denver, Colorado.  In the years since, Robin has written radio and television commercials, display advertising, web copy, speeches, fundraising appeals and more for innumerable businesses, non profits, government entities, and political candidates. 
Co-founding Helken & Horn in 1995, she was the agency’s President and Creative Director until 1997, when she transferred her agency shares to Tracey and returned to Colorado’s mountains to raise a daughter.  For the next three years Robin directed the Colorado Water Workshop, a nationally recognized annual conference on western water issues, at Western State College of Colorado in Gunnison.

As the agency’s longtime “at-large” copywriting associate, Robin travels often from her home in Colorado to northern Arizona and beyond, effectively meeting the needs of both Helken & Horn and other clientele.  

She studied at Brevard Community College in Florida and Wright State University in Ohio.
